Mobile WorkForce is handheld based software that allows the service people to take the order or Invoice details to customer place in their device. Then he or she can record the measurement in the device and send it back to Sage Accpac. The next person who goes for installing it can see the measurements and install the equipment. This details can also be posted to Sage Accpac from device. When the service requests comes from the customer the service person go to customer place with all these information. Then the service details can also be recorded in the device and send to Sage Accpac.
